Chili Cooking Contest Entry Fee - $20
Chili Cooking Contest Prize Money: 1st $1000 - 2nd $500 - 3rd $250
Team Costume Contest Prize Money: 1st $150 - 2nd $75
1:00 pm - Contests begin 4:00 pm - Chili judging
Chubby Carrier & The Bayou Swamp Band: 1 pm - 4 pm

Sponsored by Golden Eagle/Budweiser, with adult beverages served by the Hannibal Jaycees. Proceeds from the 2010 Chili Cook-off will go to Bill Schanbacher's Children's Educational Fund.
The event annually attracts as many as 2000 people. Businesses, organizations, and groups of friends participate to see who can make the best chili, and who has the best team costumes.
No children are allowed. Must be 21 years of age with valid drivers license or state issued I.D.
Previous Cook-offs benefited the following:
2009 - $???? (Jaycee's portion) Bill Schanbacher's Children's Educational Fund.
2008 - $4500 (Jaycee's portion) Hannibal Satellite Campus of the Moberly Area Community College Building Fund.
2007 - $?? (Jaycee's portion) to Hannibal Satellite Campus of the Moberly Area Community College Building Fund.
2006 - $4668 (Jaycee's portion) to Hannibal Satellite Campus of the Moberly Area Community College Building Fund.
2005 - Proceeds went towards the fireworks display at the 50th Annual National Tom Sawyer Days.
2004 & 2003 - money to buy a 40'x80' tent, to be used at National Tom Sawyer Days and other events.
2002 - $2834 (Jaycee's portion) benefited the Hannibal Community Pool Project.
2001 - $4,000 was donated by the Hannibal Jaycees to the Parks & Recreation Department for the upkeep of Clemens Baseball Fields located in downtown Hannibal, Missouri.
