With almost 1800 people through the door and 400 of those coming after 6 pm, the 6th Annual Wing Ding was a success.  The winners were as follows:

BACKYARD DIVISION:

1st place ($500) - Brooks

2nd place ($250) - Master Basters

3rd place ($150) - Mark Twain Redi-Mix

COMMERCIAL DIVISION:

The Hannibal Jaycees' Wing Ding, in conjunction with Miller Lite and Breadeaux Pizza, will be held January 23rd, 2010 at the Admiral Coontz Armory.  The event runs from 1 pm to 10 pm, with wings being served by Back Yard teams from 1 pm to 3 pm, and by Commercial teams from 3 pm to 6 pm.  Then from 6 pm to 10 pm, rock band Shanghi Lil will be playing and Breadeaux Pizza will be serving food.

Voting for both the commercial and backyard teams will be the same.  Each team will be provided with a sealed container to hold the votes. All team's wings will be judged by the public this year.  The public will cast their vote with money. "A PENNY A VOTE".  For example, $1.00 will be equal to 100 votes for that team's wings that the public puts the money in.
